Yan Xia joined Huang Lab as a postdoc research fellow on April 1, 2021. Yan completed her Ph.D. training with Dr. Chunyu Liu at SUNY Upstate Medical University, and Dr. Chao Chen at Central South University.

In collaboration with Ge lab, the paper “Improving Polygenic Prediction in Ancestrally Diverse Populations in preprint” is now in preprint. PRS-CSx is a novel PRS construction method which improves cross-population polygenic prediction by integrating GWAS summary statistics from multiple populations. PRS-CSx code is openly available at GitHub
Qidi Feng joined Huang Lab and Ge Lab as a joint postdoc research fellow in November, 2020. Qidi completed her Ph.D. training with Dr. Shuhua Xu at CAS-MPG Partner Institute for Computational Biology and her first postdoc traning with Dr. Xiang Zhou at University of Michigan.
Hailiang Huang was elected as the Early Career Board of Directors, International Society of Psychiatric Genetics
Kai Yuan joined Huang Lab as a postdoc research fellow in January, 2020. Kai completed his Ph.D. training with Shuhua Xu at CAS-MPG Partner Institute for Computational Biology.
