Computational AssociateNingxi joined the Huang Lab at ATGU as a Computational Associate I. Prior to joining ATGU, she worked with Dr. Felix Dietlein studying rare cancers, where she built a single-cell RNA-seq pipeline to validate cancer-related pathway activity in sarcoma samples as part of her master’s thesis, “Characterizing Tumor Phenotypes and Microenvironments Across Malignant Progression.” At ATGU, she analyzes copy number variant (CNV) data in schizophrenia cohorts and builds pipelines for quality control and visualization, while collaborating with Dr. Chen on software development for large-scale, multi-population genomic data from blended genome-exome sequencing.
